BB Danceur Academy Studio Policies
Registration serves as acknowledgment and agreement to adhere to our studio policies.
● All registration is completed online through our official website.
● A $35 non-refundable registration fee is required per dancer to secure your spot in class.
● Registration is not complete until the fee is paid.
● A new registration form must be submitted each fall session (August) to updaterecords and class placement.
● Tuition is charged per dancer, based on the number of classes enrolled in.
● Automatic monthly payments are processed through your online account.
● Tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable.
● You have a strict 5-day grace period (1st–5th of each month) if funds are not availableat the time of auto-billing.
● If payment is not received by the 5th, your membership and class enrollment will beautomatically cancelled.
● You may re-register based on availability.
All payments are processed online. We no longer accept cash or in-person payments.
● Accepted payment types are directly via our website.
● Fees collected online include:
○ Monthly Tuition○ Registration Fee
○ Recital Fees
○ Uniform Purchases
Each fee is charged per dancer and not per family.
● Uniforms are mandatory for each class and are specific to the class type.
● Uniforms must be purchased through our online studio shop.
● Hair must be neatly secured according to class guidelines (bun, ponytail, etc.)
BB Danceur Academy holds two annual recitals:
● Holiday Recital – December
● Spring Recital – June
● Mandatory for all participating dancers.
● Recital fees are charged per dancer and must be paid to receive recital tickets.
● Tickets are only issued once recital fees are paid in full.
● Recital fees cover costs including: venue, programs, marketing, and production needs.
● Studio raffles are held throughout the year.
● Participation is mandatory for all dancers.
● Funds raised go directly toward:
○ New studio equipment
○ Conferences○ Workshops○ Competitions
○ Dancer enrichment opportunities
All families are expected to support these initiatives as part of our studio community.
● Dancers are expected to attend all scheduled classes consistently.
● Excessive absences may result in:
○ Loss of class placement
○ Ineligibility to perform in numbers
● All communication is handled via:
○ Official BB Danceur Academy website
○ Studio parent group chat
● For private concerns, please message the Studio Director
For Dancers
● Arrive 5–10 minutes early to prepare.
● Be in full class uniform with appropriate hair styling.
● Participate fully and respectfully in all classes.
For Parents
● Ensure your child has:
○ All required dance attire
● Respect the instructor’s time and instruction methods.
● BB Danceur Academy does not provide refunds for missed classes.
● Students must be respectful, dressed appropriately, and fully engaged.
● We reserve the right to update policies at any time with written notice via email or posted online.
